Sweet P Consulting offers personalized one-on-one coaching sessions designed to help you uncover insights, refine your approach, and prepare intentionally for your next professional step. You can choose from two focus areas—Employability Readiness or Conversational ASL—based on your goals and growth interests. Employability Readiness Coaching This session focuses on helping you clarify your professional story and strengthen how you present yourself in the job market. Together, we’ll explore your personal brand, review your pitch and resume, and conduct a mock interview to build your confidence and readiness. You’ll gain feedback and strategies to enhance your employability—from understanding how social media influences your professional image to learning how to communicate your strengths effectively. Conversational ASL Coaching In this one-on-one session, you’ll receive individualized feedback to improve your signing posture, expand your vocabulary, and build confidence in real-world conversations. Coaching focuses on helping you connect meaningfully through language—enhancing both communication and cultural awareness.
