 Pam is a certified coach, employment specialist, curriculum developer, and experienced instructor and facilitator who helps individuals strengthen their confidence, communication, and readiness for meaningful opportunities.

 Through Sweet P Consulting & Facilitation, she leads programs in Employability Readiness and Conversational American Sign Language. Her employability training begins with self-discovery, helping individuals recognize their strengths, values, experiences, and goals before developing a professional pitch, resume, interview skills, and personal brand that reflect their authentic story.

 Pam’s conversation-focused ASL instruction helps learners move beyond memorized vocabulary to develop practical expressive and receptive communication skills, cultural awareness, and confidence interacting with others.

 Drawing on decades of experience in public service, workforce development, curriculum development, coaching, and adult education, Pam supports students, professionals, career changers, and lifelong learners as they prepare to communicate their value and move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Conversational ASL Coach

 Sandie serves as a Coach at Sweet P Consulting & Facilitation, LLC. Born deaf, Sandie was raised in a hearing family who eagerly learned ASL to communicate. She received hearing aids as a toddler which helped in her learning to speak clearly. Sandie is a graduate of Maryland School for the Deaf and Gallaudet University. Her career includes working at the Department of Energy providing administrative support and at the Maryland School for the Deaf as a residential counselor for elementary and middle school students. She also has experience as an independent consultant, managing products, marketing, and sales. Sandie has a Deaf husband and two hearing daughters who are also fluent in ASL

Technical Advisor

 

 Andrew serves as Technical Advisor for Sweet P Consulting & Facilitation, providing guidance and support for the company’s online systems, mobile technology, and desktop technology needs. He assists with troubleshooting technical issues, identifying practical solutions, and helping maintain a reliable online experience for Sweet P clients and program participants.

 His professional experience as a repair technician for mobile devices and computers strengthens his ability to diagnose technology concerns, resolve technical problems, and recommend effective solutions.

 Andrew earned his degree from Full Sail University and holds certifications in Strata IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, and Healthcare IT. His technical knowledge, hands-on repair experience, and problem-solving skills make him a valuable member of the Sweet P team.
