Andrew assists Sweet P with the technical aspects of the online company. Andrew uses his mobile development knowledge to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions. Andrew received his degree from Full Sail University and carries certifications in Strata IT Fundamentals, A+ Certified, and as a Healthcare IT Technician. He studied information technology at the MD Cisco Networking Academy, the Cisco Herndon Cyber Center, Cyber Maryland, and the Cybersecurity Center in MD. He is knowledgeable of current technology trends for both mobile and desktop and offers support and solutions for Sweet P Consulting & Facilitation.

Debbie is the virtual assistant to Sweet P Consulting & Facilitation, LLC. She’s dedicated into providing top-notch support behind the scenes in social media management and administrative tasks. Her goal is to provide support that allows Sweet P Consulting & Facilitation’s staff to concentrate on their core work. She’s available to address questions or concerns in a timely manner.

Conversational ASL Coach

Sandie serves as a Coach at Sweet P Consulting & Facilitation, LLC. Born deaf, Sandie was raised in a hearing family who eagerly learned ASL to communicate. She received hearing aids as a toddler which helped in her learning to speak clearly. Sandie is a graduate of Maryland School for the Deaf and Gallaudet University. Her career includes working at the Department of Energy providing administrative support and at the Maryland School for the Deaf as a residential counselor for elementary and middle school students. She also has experience as an independent consultant, managing products, marketing, and sales. Sandie has a Deaf husband and two hearing daughters who are also fluent in ASL

Pam is a certified coach, employment specialist, curriculum developer, and skilled instructor and facilitator committed to helping individuals thrive. She’s passionate about guiding people to meaningful work—starting with who they are—before they send a single application. Pam coaches clients through self-discovery to clarify their values, strengths, and career goals, then supports them in developing tools that reflect their unique voice and story. Through coaching, writing, instruction and facilitation, she empowers job seekers at any stage to take intentional steps toward work that fits. With clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose, her clients learn to stand out and effectively communicate their value to potential employers.
