Sweet P Consulting offers engaging group coaching experiences designed to inspire collaboration, expand perspectives, and strengthen both professional and interpersonal skills. Participants can select from two focus areas—Employability Readiness or Conversational ASL—to match their collective learning goals and career interests. Employability Readiness Group Coaching In this interactive session, a minimum of four participants work together to refine their personal brands, review each other’s pitches and resumes, and take part in a collaborative mock interview. The group dynamic encourages participants to exchange constructive feedback, gain fresh insight from both employer and candidate perspectives, and practice strategies that build confidence for future interviews. This session is ideal for peer groups, workforce programs, or individuals seeking support and shared learning within a community of motivated job seekers. Conversational ASL Group Coaching Designed for four or more participants, this engaging session offers an interactive approach to building confidence and fluency in American Sign Language. Participants explore ASL through a combination of verbal and silent communication, applying skills in alphabet, numbers, vocabulary, and everyday conversational phrases. Each session fosters connection, cultural awareness, and community—allowing participants to learn together while continuing to strengthen their ASL skills and relationships.
